If I recall, there is a tensioner that screws tight and another bolt to
lock it in place once tightened. You loosen the locking bolt and unscrew
the tensioner to get the belts loose. The powersteering belt is pretty
obvious with respect to the locking bolt and the tensioner bolt. The front
belt by the alternator is a little different. There is an actual pully that
has a bolt running through the center that is the locking bolt for the
tensioning mechanism. I had to dick around with it before I figured out how
the front one worked. Have fun!
