I work right down the street from the APEX in Tempe, there store in Phoenix
closed down some time ago. Did you order it from the Phoenix store? Did they
give you a receipt or proof of purchase? I know the Apex in Tempe is still
there, I was there about a month ago. One of the guys that works there is on
the se-r list. I dont remember his name though. Try posting the question on
that list, might get his attention or a better response.

One more thing, the area code for Tempe and Phoenix used to be the same, but
it changed in Tempe to 480, try that.
