Looks like a (N-1)th order polynomial fit to noisy data taken at N discrete
RPM intervals.  Either that or they used a Fourier fit with similar but
slightly different effect.  But that's just a guess.

I dynoed my b14 at Technodyne in Tempe, AZ last Saturday, I got a max power 
of 91.3 and torque of 95. The only thing i had was a PR CAI, everthing else 
is stock. The graph isnt real smooth though, does anyone know why? What kind

of results are everyone else seeing when they dyno?
