Its not that hard or expensive. The drain plug is the hardest though.

For a b14(manual)

Drain the fluid (do it over dirt, it comes out quickly, i misjudged it an 
now have a nice stain on the driveway),
Tighten the drain plug
Remove the speedometer pinion
Place a long piece of heater hose or old garden hose into the opening of the 
tranny
Refill

thats it, your done
