Well I think one of my friends did it, its not on the dash exactly�. Its on the armrest part, I have that and the dash painted silver.. with tons of clearcoat�.. my question is�. Can I paint right on top of the old stuff�. Or should I lightly sand the area to remove the clear coat than paint and clear coat again�.?
