I don't think you would have a problem with projectors anywhere but Cali
because they are so strict you can't modify anything without the cop being
able to cite you for it. Lexus IS300's come with Altezza lights but it's
illegal to have those here in Cali. If it's not DOT approved, you can get
cited.
