A B12 and B13 will fit a 17", B14 a 18" because the strut housing is in the
way. I have 215/35/18s on my car for shows (I drive on them to the show and
every once in awhile- 15's for daily driving) but they don't rub except a
tiny bit on the back on my side skirts. A 14" shouldn't have any problems
esp. if you stay at 205 or 215 with a 35-45 series tire. You can always
roll or flare the fenders.
