What are the signs of a bad steering rack? I'm trying to sort out some problems I'm having. I think the pump is starting to go bad, but it seems like there may be something else too. When not moving, and turning the wheel, it will be really tough for a half turn, and then it will all of a sudden "give". I have a 100,000 miles if it helps.
