You might want to get on the Performance mailing list and ask this question 
as this is now the non performance Sentra mailing list. I'd take a guess and 
say you broke the front seal, I've never replaced a front oil pan seal but 
from what I remember reading on the Sentra or SE-R sites ( I can't remember 
which one now) its not to hard of a repair.
