Hi Scott:
I THINK you will fall under what is called Federal Smog laws, that is your
cars are smog legal under the federal smog laws for 48 or is it 49 other
states ( I think the law reads 48 states) anyways sents your cars are legal
under the federal smog laws you are not required to have the California smog
equipment on them because they were bought outside of the state of
California. You just have to be sure all the smog equipment on both cars is
in good working order and all there. You might do a web search on smog laws
or ask this question over on the Performance mailing list somebody over there
is probley more up todate on California smog laws than I am. Oh and Welcome
to the wonderful state of California, you know what "they" say ? "What isn't
fruits is nuts out here" I hope you'll learn to "love" the Orange,Inland
Impire,Los Angels,San Diego, country freeway systems out here, he he
Good Luck
Ron
