Yeah. I haven't had to do squat to my car other than change cap, rotor, oil
and plugs. I am now sitting at 140k miles and I haven't even had to adjust
the timing. So my advice is, if you think it's running well and it's
getting good mileage, just keep doing the above and don't mess with it
otherwise. If you have emissions-checking in your state, and it passes you
are probably doing just fine.
