My guess would be that it has a MAF sensor, since I personally have never
seen a fuel-injected Nissan that used anything else for air metering. You
can tell for sure easily though--look at your airbox and follow the piping
to the throttle body. If it has a MAF, somewhere on that pipe will be
cylindrical item that it is part of the intake tract (ie--air must flow
through it to get to the engine) and has some wires coming off of it. If you
see something that fits that description, you have a MAF.
