I noticed the same thing. It has nothing to do with sentra.net, the
bulletin board is hosted with b15sentra.net. A 403 error means permission
denied, everyone is prohibited from accessing that area. In this case it
appears to affect all of b15sentra.net. We will just have to wait to hear
from Russ or David.
