SML-NON-P: Instrument Gauge Overlays

I just put in some overlays for my gauges.  I had to take off the tach and 
speedo needle.  Here is my delima, how do I get them back to what they should 
be reading, i.e. correct reading.  It looks nice and I don't want to have to 
order a new tach and speedo.  Help would be greatly appreciated.
