To me it sounds like a tire is not balanced right, I had the same shake when
I got in an accident and got the tire balanced to fix it or there could be a
big peice of mud stuck to the inside of the rim that could possible make it
shake. I would get under the passenger side and look and see if anything is
loose (i.e. tie rod, ball joints, ...).
