i would change the cap and rotor first.this really livened up my mid range. 
my msd box toasted mine.i have 141k and im going to do my chain also as soon 
as i get my hands on the golden jwt cams.northern timing components has a 
complete chain set with sprockets and tensioner for 129 bucks.
my car wasnt missing either but a new cap really helps.
