Personaly I hate when race comes into issues. Being a
minority, I don't think I am discrimnated against very
much wherever I go in this country.
That doesn't mean that it does not happen to anyone,
just I hate when it is used to make a situation ugly.
If the lawsuit was Nissan discrimnates against poor
people, then it would probably easily be explained
away by saying the obvious, poor people are a higher
credit risk.
By bringing a racial overtone to it, the laywer now
has a case unfortunatly.
