well i work at a nissan dealership, and yes, they will try to rip you off.
we're not that shady at my dealership though...they always try to sell as
much as they can (and sometimes try to charge a little extra[thats the
service writers]the techs are pretty honest) but they dont try to screw
things up on purpose to make more money. although thats my dealership,i dont
know about the one you went to,but i wouldnt put it past them.
