Hi Everyone,

I'm a medical Intern from Colombia, I have a question and it would be great if
anybody can help me out in solving it, so here it goes: In our septic patients
we often see that even if they not have leukocytosis or leukopenia, some of
them have thrombocytosis, how do you interpret this finding? Could this be a
marker of severity of the ongoing infectious disease?

Thank you,
