Hi Kevin, The CA safetynet hospitals, which are in a sepsis collaborative and reporting sepsis related outcome and process data to CDPH, have agreed to use the following exclusion criteria: [] DNR or comfort care orders within 24 hours of presentation (or before) [] Obstetric patient [] Transfered from outside hospital with sepsis care already underway [] Age <18 years [] Refused any sepsis care
