Hello,

Does anyone currently have a system in place where a Clinical Sepsis
Coordinator is "consulted" for patient education and support? I'm preparing to
enter the Clinical Sepsis Coordinator role full-time, and I would like to be
able to visit with patients and families for another means of education and
support, whoever may be on the sepsis protocol. Also, I would like to
eventually have an outpatient support group for patients/families of Severe
sepsis/septic shock.

I appreciate any and all feedback! Thanks in advance!
