I am currently working with colleagues on EWS in pre-hospital, and the sense in the UK is that we will roll out the NEWS across the health care community so there is consistent approach to assessment and communication. In terms of pre-hospital sepsis screening there is are currently a number of pilots going on to examine the effectiveness of pre-hospital screening.
