Does anyone have a screening tool for the ED that they would be willing to share? One of the concerns that have been expressed by our ED group is that at the point of triage only vital sign and subjective data from the patient is available so they are struggling with how to accurately screen patients until more objective data (labs, radiography, etc) is available.
