We are in the process of updating our order set and so appreciate seeing everyone's ideas and implementation! In general … I really appreciate how your order set flows and the items included. I'm confused about the fluid resuscitation though. Where we are falling out on compliance is in getting the 20 ml/kg (not even close to moving to 30 yet!) But I see you are utilizing 1000 or 500.
