Does anyone have a report or process for monitoring patients key sepsis indicators (WBC, temp, Vital Signs, etc.) or have an alert built in Epic 2012 to prompt a sepsis review on a patient based on these indicators? I am hoping for a real-time warning for Care Team members or charge nurses to look further at the patient and to start sepsis protocols?
