He Wendy,

On the main page of the tool at the bottom is a delete data box- click
on the box. Another screen will open that allows you to choose from
completed or incomplete charts. Select the category you need and the
list will appear to the left hand side of the page. Select the chart or
charts you would like to delete by clicking on the record. It will
appear in the white box, below the list of charts. Click on the delete
button to the right of the selected chart(s).

I mistakenly entered a patient into the SSC database.  Can someone
please tell me how to delete that chart?
