Good morning, We are in the beginning stages of creating a system-wide sepsis alert response process. Currently, our system consists of 10 hospitals, all of which have different processes for responding to a sepsis alert. Does anyone have a solid process or pathway with positive outcomes that I could share with our Sepsis Collaborative team members?
