Is anyone collecting and submitting data to the SSC? If so, do you have a link or document that lists the required data elements? The only thing I have found (without downloading the entire data extraction tool from the SCCM) is via this pdf link: http://www.survivingsepsis.org/SiteCollectionDocuments/Table-Documentati on.pdf Unfortunately, the format it is in does not help me. I would prefer not to manually pick them out of 40 pages in a pdf.
