So the last of the 3 studies designed to test EGDT has been published. (ProMISE). This study along with the ARISE, and ProCESS have concluded that EGDT has no mortality benefit over usual or standard care. Does anyone know if Surviving Sepsis Campaign is going to put out a statement or are there going to be any changes to the guidelines?? I appreciate your input.
