Hello all, Im sure this question has come up frequently. As a new sepsis coordinator, helpful hints to get our program up and running are welcomed. My organization is just pulling together a checklist, our RRT does respond to sepsis (no code sepsis); there are collaborative meetings, and an order set is outdated and in process. I am putting together education for nurses at present; that I am tweaking to use with many groups. Tips to generate excitement for program also welcomed. Any input appreciated.
