Good Morning,

Following a recent webinar about the upcoming Sepsis Core measures a few
questions were raised that I was hoping someone may be able to answer for me:

* Will there be two different clocks/start times one for severe sepsis
and another for shock? And if so what will that look like?

* Is there any guidance on how many severe sepsis vs. septic shock
charts need to be included in the sampling?

* Lastly, if anyone is willing and able to share, I am also very
interested in hearing about what vendors hospitals are planning to move forward
with for core measure submission, in particular if you are an institution that
uses Cerner? Is anyone planning to use Cerner for core measure submission and
or do you currently use Cerner to submit any of your other core measures?

Thank you in advance!

Respectfully,
Claudia
