Question.....you have a patient come in through the ED, very sick, and an 
estimated weight is given at triage.  Do you wait until you have an actual 
weight on the patient to determine the 30ml/kg of IVF or do you use the 
estimated weight when the patient presents for severe or shock in the ED?   If 
the patient presents on the floor/unit, do you take the actual weight closest 
to presentation time or do you still go back to the 1st actual "dry" weight?
