In Cases of Septic Shock concerning the components Perform Volume Status Assess *Measure CVP *Measure SCV o2 *Bedside CV US *Dynamic Assess of Fluid Response w/leg raise or fluid challenge And Perform Tissue Perfusion Assessment *Document: Vitals, CP Exam, Periph Pulses, Cap Refill, Skin Exam
We have seen notations that only two of the Volume Status Assess or the Tissue Assessments are required. Can you please clarify from the clinical as well as the abstraction side the requirements?
