Hello All, Our hospital is looking for a clock diagram to keep with the patient to help meet the 3 hour goals. I thought I would ask the group before I reinvent the wheel. Do any other hospitals use a tool like this?

Have not heard anything about incorporation of new Sepsis-3 definition into CMS guidelines. As you all know this historically this has happened every 4 years since 2000, but I have not heard anything mentioned on the list-serv and wasn't sure with the new Sepsis-3 definition just having been released earlier this year if that would still happen for 2016.
