I am an Advanced Practice Clinical Nurse Specialist and lead of our sepsis work throughout our hospital system. My job description is oriented to the role of the Clinical Nurse Specialist and my role crosses the three spheres of influence: patient, nurse, and system. My role is heavy in the system sphere in relation to sepsis. I do have other responsibilities outside of my sepsis work but currently my biggest bucket of work is sepsis.
