Our reflex is 4 hours. I think you should give the body time to correct the lactate and see if your antibiotics and fluid are working as they should. Amy

It has been working well for us. I know originally some wanted to push the reflex back to 4 hours, but I am worried that if we do that we might experience a delay that leads to a fallout.
