Also we have docs that write everything out, it's their preference but we have not had any issues with cases coming back to us with this attestation statement. If they arrive in our ED, the labs may be repeated but not always if they go to critical care. Since they are excluded from the focus study I don't follow up on them unless there are other issues that need to be addressed.
