At our facility we have developed a balanced scorecard which provides us with unit-specific information in several key areas such as time to identification, time to treatment, etc. We then have several metrics associated with the length of time it took to complete a certain part of the 3-hour bundle such as administering antibiotics. Each of these areas are scored as an overall compliance percentage.
Because of the way the scorecard is structured you can narrow down to the unit and metric level to determine what areas need to be improved and where. Our dashboard is on an online server and each department head can drill down to this data individually.
