Hi there...my question pertains to our EHR transition in relation to our sepsis
compliance. We went live with Cerner Millennium on 10/21/2017. Prior to that
our rates were pretty average and had even gone up as high as 73%. Since
go-live, our rates have been 33% for Nov and 29% for Dec. I was wondering if
other organizations noted the same dip in compliance and how long it took for
you to bring the numbers back up. I would like some data or explanations to
offer my worried CMO! We were doing a great job with early ID and treatment
while lowering mortality rates and don't want this huge change in workflow to
set us back too far. I would appreciate any info you could share.

Thanks!
