Is anyone embedding sepsis outcomes and process measures to hospitalist expectations to follow protocols and bonuses? If so could you share how you are doing this?
Dr. Townsend- what are your thoughts about this, pros and cons, pitfalls? We all know sepsis is complex and want to be fair but also encourage use of the guidelines.
