I received a great question from our call center asking for the best times to call our sepsis patients in order to support their needs and perhaps capture the patients dealing with post-acute sepsis syndrome before they become a readmission. I know we are just now diving into this post-acute sepsis syndrome but wanting to know if there is any helpful information out there or if any of you have done a deeper dive.
