You seem to get SQLNCLI or SQLNCLI10 when you install SQL Server
2005/2008
SQLNCLI is MSSQL 2005, SQLNCLI10 is MSSQL 2008. If 2008 or the 2008
client tools haven't been installed, SQLNCLI10 won't be available.
