I just pushed a whole bunch of commits for better Oracle support. The Sequel test suite now runs cleanly with both the oci8-based oracle adapter and the jdbc oracle subadapter. If you are using Sequel with Oracle, I would definitely recommend using the git master branch until 3.29.0 is released.
I've setup an Oracle 11g installation in a VM, and will be testing Oracle support on a regular basis going forward.
