No, I don't think it is important to document it there. In general, Sequel doesn't document cases where PostgreSQL doesn't support support transactions, outside of providing an example in the migrations documentation. In my opinion, those cases are PostgreSQL implementation details that Sequel should not concern itself with, and you should read the PostgreSQL documentation for more information about them.
