I'm trying to understand how to tune the Sequel *max_connections* value
when connecting to a postgres database. The docs say "The maximum size of
the connection pool (4 connections by default on most databases)". What at
the best practices for tuning this number?

More specifically for my use case, I have multiple machines running a
single Sidekiq process that's creating 25 threads. From time to time I'm
seeing Sidekiq pool timeouts.

Thanks!
