I'm going to see about adding support for the following in Sequel 5.4.0:
Sequel.date_add(:column, {days: 14}, cast: :timestamptz)
I'm also considering just adding a pg_timestamptz extension that basically
does what the method definition does, since I think the need is common
enough to warrant it.
