Sequel::DatabaseError just wraps the underlying driver error so you can get 
database independent behavior.  If you want to access the underlying error 
raised by the driver, then call #wrapped_exception on the DatabaseError 
instance.

In terms of how you handle the error, that's going to dependent on what you 
want to do.
