For the integer migrator, there is current_migration_version, but it is private. For the timestamp migrator, there isn't something similar, because it doesn't apply as the timestamp migrator allows for out of order migrations. I'm not opposed to making current_migration_version public in the integer migrator, please send a pull request if you would like to do that.
