Hi Jeremy I managed to get a hello world up and running on heroku yesterday using sequel. it's fairly simple -- once you know -- but i suspect that new comers may give up in frustration and switch back to active record. I propose to add some brief instructions on how to use sequel in heroku with an addition to the docs here: https://github.com/jeremyevans/sequel - i..e. with a heroku.rdoc and a basic example + instructions on how to integrate with external providers. will this be a welcome/useful addition? shall i proceed with a PR?
