:conditions is used by default for lazy association loading and eager
loading via eager. It is also used as the default for
:graph_table_conditions in eager_graph if it is a Hash or array of pairs.
:graph_table_conditions must be an hash or array of pairs as it is used as
an argument for join table and the first value/key is qualified differently
than the second value/value.
